CS-82D是清河县多维康助剂有限公司有机硅部（SIOSI）以现今先进之改性研制而成的羊绒柔软剂。它拥有三官能团，能给予织物柔软、清爽、膨松的手感。
CS-82D柔软剂的设计是在具有CS-12的基础上开发的新型低温吸附耐久型柔软剂。
CS-82D是羊绒织物最理想的整理剂。
CS-82D柔软剂具有平滑滋润手感，有一定的抗静电性。
CS-82D is developed as cashmere softness agent by organic silicon department of Multi-Vitamin Company Ltd. (SIOSI). It possesses 3 end-groups to provide the fabric hand feeling of softness, cleanliness and puff.
CS-82D is designed as new type low temperature adsorbing enduring softness agent on the base of CS-12.
CS-82D is the optimal finishing agent for cashmere fabric.
CS-82D possesses flat and moist hand feeling with stated anti-Static feature.

CS-82D softness agent has a lot of advantages more than traditional organic silicon softness agent, but also it can improve the fabric%27s finishing technique.
1. To provide the best softness, cleanliness and puff.
2. Better fastness and higher inspissations.
3. To lower the fastness of dyed fabric to the minimum.
4. The best dissolvability to the normal textile additives such as cationic softness agent.
5. The unique low temperature design to save energy.
6. The ability to self emulsification, non-oil dirty and non-stick to roller, is the safest cashmere finishing additive.
7. To improve the anti-static result.
8. To use broadly and conveniently, and can use for dipping technique.

(1) 稀释/溶解
CS-82D以水稀释后，可应用于一般羊绒织物后整理上。经稀释后CS-82D无论采用浸渍或浸轧工艺，都能发挥其优越性。
1. Dilution/ Dissolvability
After CS-82D is diluted by water, it can be used for the normal cashmere fabric%27s finishing. The diluted CS-82D can exert its advantages.
（2） 参考工艺
A．浸渍法 羊绒针织成衣浸渍工艺
→去油脂缩绒处理→清洗→脱水→柔软整理→脱水→烘干（80℃）
柔软处理：
CS-82D 6-8%（o.w.f）
PH值（可用冰醋酸调节） 5.0-6.0
温度 20℃-25℃
浴比 1：15-16
时间 20-30分钟
2. Reference Technique:
A. Dipping Cashmere knitted products dipping technique
→milling disposal to remove oil→washing→dehydrating→soften finishing→dehydrating→drying（80℃）

CS-82D 6-8%（o.w.f）

使用上之注意事项：
Attention proceeding to usage:
1. 因CS-82D化学结构独特，其吸附于纤维表面上会有定向效应。
2. 于羊绒浸渍工艺上，最理想的用量为织物重量的6-8%（o.w.f）
3. 因浓度高，请先稀释再使用。
1. Due to CS-82D%27s special chemical structure, there will be directional effect
2. During the dipping procedure, the optimal dosage is 6-8% of fabric weight (o.w.f.)
3. Due to deep chroma, please dilute before usage.
储存、处理、包装：
Storage, Disposal and Packing:
1、容器必须盖紧，储存在常温中（20℃），并避免产品结冰。一般可储存6个月或以上。
1.The container must be lidded closely with the normal temperature （20℃）, to avoid the product freezing. Normally the storage period should be over 6 months.
2.Packed in 25kgs or 50kgs plastic barrel
